Hello and welcome to my series of Weekly Capsule Wardrobe. It is a series of what I’m wearing every week in 2025 and is posted every Wednesday. I also just launched my Studio Saturday series which highlights my flameworking and art jewelry. My free posts come out every Sunday.

Use my outfits as inspiration to shop your own closet and put together outfits or just peek into my 70ish year-old fashion style.

A little bit about me: I’m Louise a glass and jewelry artist now retired. I made glass and jewelry for 30 years and muse about my journey as well as navigating life in my 70’s. You can also find me on Instagram

I really love this sweater and realize that I haven’t worn it much. I love that it’s 2 toned in black and brown. The sweater is a cotton linen blend that I purchased at the American Craft Council Show in Baltimore back in 2007. Actually, I had the artist make it in my size. I didn’t realize how see through it is. Well maybe I did and that’s why I don’t wear it. I am wearing a white tank top underneath, and I do not like how it shows through. Next time I’ll wear a black one. I held it together with one of my handmade brooches.

Behind the paywall this time is all my weekly outfits with links plus what I purchased in Quarter 1, 2025.
